Properties with tenants must have gas safety inspections annually.
It is a visual safety inspection and is not the same as a boiler service.
We recommend that landlords have gas appliances serviced as well as having a Gas Safety inspection.
Landlords should make sure they are familiar with the relevant gas safety pages of the Health & Safety Executive’s website.
