If we attend your house to give you a quote we will:
* visit your property at an agreed appointment time,
* send you a full & detailed written quotation within a few days,
* give you free advise about best boilers, controls & heating systems,
* wait for you to call us if you want to go ahead with the work,
When we visit to give you a quote we will NOT:
* give you a fixed price at the time of the appointment
* ask you to book the work there and then
* ask you for a deposit or any commitment there and then
* offer a discount to pressure you to book up before you are ready.
After sending you a written quote we will NOT:
* pester you with marketing information
* offer you a lower price some months later if you did not accept our first price
We do not like pushy salesmen like that coming to our house so we will treat you with respect. If only all companies could work this way.
